Who handles
enquiries?
Launch correspondence is handled by David Shelley trading as Handy Manx. Contact handymanxiom@gmail.com with a question about your information.
The intended installation supplier will be identified separately before customer orders open. We do not treat enquiries as consent to a separate marketing list.
What happens
on this site?
The discovery guide uses broad choices about a water source, enquiry topic, property type and general area. Those choices remain in the page’s memory. They are not uploaded to a website database or stored in browser local storage.
This build has no Google Analytics tag, Meta pixel, advertising cookies, chat widget or payment system. The hosting provider may still process technical connection and security information when serving the site.
When you
send an email.
Opening an email draft does not send it. If you choose to send it, your email address and the information you include reach the launch inbox through the email service.
That information is used to handle and respond to your requested enquiry. Please send only what is needed. No direct-marketing subscription is created automatically. We will not share your personal enquiry with an installation business without explaining the arrangement and the reason for sharing.
Keeping and
protecting records.
Launch enquiries should be reviewed when the launch status changes and removed when no longer needed for the enquiry, subject to any record-keeping or dispute-related reason to retain them. We are not promising a fixed deletion period that has not been implemented.
You can contact the launch inbox to ask about the information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Access and retention arrangements must be reviewed before a live enquiry database is introduced.
